Mr. Masudur Rahman began his professional journey in 2005 in Dubai’s banking sector, where he spent two years in sales. During this time, he demonstrated a strong aptitude for securing high-value business and building lasting client relationships. These early experiences provided a solid foundation in sales, communication, and client service—skills that would later define his success in real estate.

In 2007, Mr. Rahman made a strategic shift to the real estate industry, beginning as a Property Consultant. His commitment to understanding clients’ needs and delivering exceptional results set him apart early on. His career progression was swift, moving from Senior Property Consultant to Sales Manager and eventually to Sales Director.

Throughout his real estate career, he has handled premium clients, led complex negotiations, and directly closed over AED 100 million in property sales. Working with some of the top real estate firms in Dubai, he developed deep market expertise and built a strong network across the industry. He has helped hundreds of families and investors make informed property decisions, guided by a core belief that real estate is ultimately about people, trust, and long-term value.

In June 2023, Mr. Rahman fulfilled a long-held vision by founding Green Acres Real Estate LLC. With a clear mission to deliver honest, premium, and personalized service, he built a team of 25 professionals, including a robust marketing and client service unit. Under his leadership, Green Acres has quickly risen to prominence, closing over AED 600 million in deals within just two years.

As Founder and Owner, Mr. Rahman remains actively involved in driving growth, mentoring his team, and leading high-value transactions. His journey from a sales executive to the helm of a respected real estate firm is a reflection of his relentless drive, integrity, and market foresight.
